How to present?
After filling in a Google form which will be published when a TeachMeet session is scheduled, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Training workshops on how to use web conferencing tools will be organized one week before the session. Presentations need to be sent to the organizers 48 hours before the session.
We kindly ask you to sign up as early as possible. In case there are too many presenters, not all the presenters will have the opportunity to present.
The presentations will last for only 3 minutes, unless stated otherwise. When the time of your presentation is over, you will hear a song and you will be kindly asked to "give the floor" to the next presenter.
To enhance audio quality, we recommend using a headset instead of built-in microphones and speakers.
